Late Sh Punkaj Jain (FCA, LLB)
Mr. Jain was a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, and was the founder & managing partner of the firm. He was the driving force behind the firm’s growth. Revered by his peers, Mr. Jain frequently delivered lectures on company law and related matters on various professional forums and is a trusted advisor to numerous Indian and International companies on the broad spectrum including taxation, amalgamation merger, M&A, audit & assurance etc. Mr. Punkaj Jain was also qualified insolvency professional and has carried out a successful resolution in automotive sector. He were on the panel of various banks and accordingly, POC provided necessary support services to facilitate the resolution.

Dr. A.K.Doshi (B.COM, LLM, Ph.D, FCA)
An advisor to the firm, Dr. Doshi was professor of company and securities laws with National Law University, Jodhpur. Dr Doshi is respected as an authority on corporate laws in the business circles and possesses over three decades of experience as regulator of corporate laws. Dr. Doshi has held office office as member, Company Law Board in the MCA and has contributed many acclaimed articles in various professional journals. He is also advisor to some leading companies in various professional capacities.

Gaurav Gupta (FCA)
A fellow Chartered Accountant, Mr. Gupta is a big4 alumnus and heads the M&A practice of the firm. Mr. Gupta has hands on experience in running industrial units, international taxation work, advisory work on regulatory and compliance matters and M&A transaction advisory. Mr. Gupta has executed a number of successful deals across industries and is an expert in financial modelling.

Hemant Kumar (FCA)
A fellow member of ICAI, Mr. Hemant brings with him over one decade of rich hands on experience in the field of accounting, finance, taxation, audit & assurance Transfer Pricing, Corporate Laws, Due Diligence and Merger & Acquisitions. Mr. Hemant specializes in managing the aforesaid work in coordination with teams of professionals and working against tight deadlines
