Anju Jain :- (Advocate)
She is a member of the Bar Council of India practicing in corporate matters with more than 18 years of hands-on experience of successfully handling Corporate Litigation matters including Merger and Acquisitions, De-mergers, Takeovers, Oppression and Mismanagement, other company law matters; MRTP Act; Consumer Protection Act and various other civil and criminal matters for her domestic as well as international clients - corporate and individuals. She maintains a good liaison with different regulatory and other authorities and agencies.

Hitesh Sachar:-(Advocate)
He is a member of the Bar Council of India handling litigation's for the clients. He has specialized knowledge on Civil, Arbitration and Intellectual Properties.

Rakesh Chandra (FCA)
A Chartered Accountant with specialization in company law, Mr. Chandra joined the firm in 2013 bringing with him nearly 4 decades of professional experience. Having retired from MCA as the Regional Director (NR) Mr. Chandra served with Indian Corporate Law Services (IAS Allied) in the MCA at various senior positions including regional director, director of inspections & investigations member - listing committee (BSE) etc. Mr. Chandra specializes in company law compliance, regulations, investigations and forensic audit.
